Teacher Probed for Taping Mouths for Talking

A substitute teacher last Monday taped the mouths of several children who were talking during quiet time, a 9-year-old girl told her father, leading to an investigation by Elizabeth police, News 12 New Jersey reported. The school system removed the teacher from its substitute list while the case is pending.
