Teen Cyclist Caught Driving 141 Mph on Highway

An 18-year-old was clocked driving his motorcycle 141 mph on an upstate highway, The Post-Star reported. Isaac Jones was pulled over Saturday near Albany, ticketed and sent to the county jail. He has since been released on bail.
