NYC Graffiti Complaints Up From Last Year

New York City residents are filing more graffiti complaints this year, a total of about 4,167 so far, the New York Post reported. That’s about 5 percent higher than last year. And in Manhattan South, complaints are up 14 percent. The NYPD says that taggers compete to have their graffiti seen.
