Gov. Andrew Cuomo will be making $700,000 to $900,000 on a forthcoming memoir scheduled to debut in August, a new financial disclosure says. Cuomo made $150,000 to $250,000 in royalties from publisher HarperCollins and is collecting another $550,000 to $650,000 in deferred book income.
