NY Senate OKs Harsher Penalty for Harming Kids
New York’s Senate passed a bill that would make the aggravated murder of a child punishable with a life sentence without parole and make it a felony to conceal the death of a child or for failing to notify police when the whereabouts of a child are unknown for more than 24 hours. The bill now heads to the Assembly.
