Correction
In an article in Friday’s Hamodia, “New York State Released CAP Funds to Yeshivos,” we incorrectly reported that out of a total of about $160 million in the 2015 budget in combined CAP and Mandated Services funding for the entire state, yeshivos will receive $15 million. The $15 million number is actually just to repay CAP debt payments from the 2013 school year. For both programs — including payments for what is owed from previous years — yeshivos will get about $53 million. We regret the error.
