Plans Unveiled for New York Battle Bicentennial

Seventeen days of events are planned when Plattsburgh marks the 200th anniversary of a pivotal battle fought there during the War of 1812. The events start in late August, and organizers are hoping for more than 20,000 attendees. They will include battle re-enactments and a parade.
