Rutgers on Monday replaced as commencement speaker former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice with former New Jersey Gov. Tom Kean at this month’s graduation, The Associated Press reported. The former Bush administration official backed out on Saturday due to threatened protests over her role in the Iraq War.
