People look to the groundhog to predict spring. But in Ocean City, N.J., it’s a hermit crab that prognosticates the arrival of summer, The Press of Atlantic City reported. Martin Z. Mollusk saw its shadow on Thursday, meaning summer will start early. Forget that it was foggy — even Big Mama the Llama shook her head in agreement.
