Ex-Prosecutor, NJ Professor To Head NYC Rent Board
Mayor Bill de Blasio on Thursday appointed a law professor and former federal prosecutor to head the New York City Rent Guidelines Board, which determines annual rent adjustments for some one million rent-stabilized apartments throughout the city. The mayor’s office said that Rachel Godsil specializes in housing, land use and social justice issues.
