Best Place in U.S. for Youths? Greenpoint, Brooklyn

A Niche Ink survey of 500,000 college students and recent grads shows that Brooklyn — or to be more specific: Greenpoint — came out No. 1 in a national list of the country’s most attractive metro areas for millennials, The New York Observer reported. The north Brooklyn area boasts a median rent of just $1,157 and 14 percent of residents are between the ages of 25 and 34.
