The Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum has named this year’s honorees. The Intrepid Freedom Award will go on May 22 to Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel while the Intrepid Salute Award is going to General Electric Chairman and CEO Jeffrey Immelt. The awards are given to people who contributed to the nation that make lives better.
