Man Put ‘For Rent’ Sign on Home He Didn’t Own

A New Jersey man was arrested for renting out a home he doesn’t own, The Star-Ledger reported. William Prokos posted a “for rent” sign at a single-family home last November. A couple signed a lease, turning over $6,000 to cover the rent and “administrative” fees. Several days later, the woman who owns the home went there to check on it and was surprised when she found the couple living there.
