Man Sues NYC Over Rock-Climbing Injury in Park

NEW YORK

A personal trainer who hurt himself climbing a boulder in a Manhattan park is suing the city and park managers, saying they should have advised adventurers to keep off the rock, the New York Post reported. Jonathan Stock was climbing the steep, 8-to-10-foot-tall stone in Hudson River Park in June. He jumped on, tried to stand, fell and ruptured his tendon.
