ABC News on Friday said they hired former NYPD chief Raymond Kelly as a consultant to discuss national security, domestic and foreign intelligence matters. The city’s longest-serving police commissioner is credited with achieving record crime reductions and devoting vast resources to counterterrorism efforts.
