American Jewish Congress Lauds Hillary Clinton
Former secretary of state Hillary Clinton spoke about the U.S. alliance with Israel and the importance of keeping nuclear weapons out of Iran on Wednesday as she accepted a lifetime achievement award from the American Jewish Congress, The Associated Press reported. Clinton, widely seen as a potential 2016 presidential contender, said the coming months would be “crucial” for the Mideast. Previous awardees include President Harry Truman and Supreme Court Justice Earl Warren.
