Widow of NJ Carjacking Victim Files Lawsuit

The widow of Hoboken resident Dustin Friedland who was shot dead during a carjacking at a mall last year is suing the mall owners and first aid squad, The Associated Press reported. Jamie Schare Friedland filed a wrongful-death lawsuit seeking unspecified damages.
