NY Restaurants Pledge to Use Local Products

More than 100 restaurants pledged to use New York state products, Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced Monday. Diners signed to the Pride of New York Pledge will increase by 10 percent their sourcing of state-grown and manufactured products. Some will feature locally produced wine and beer or New York-themed dishes.
