Woman’s $882 Mail Mistake Has Happy Ending
An woman who put $882 into a mailbox by mistake got the money back, The Post-Star of Glens Falls reported. Susan Archambault withdrew her daughter’s income tax refund last month, but hours after she dropped a stack of envelopes into a mailbox, she realized the money was at the bottom of the stack. She called the post office, who eventually found the money at a postal distribution center and mailed it back to her.
