NJ Pedestrian Ticketed After Struck by Car

A Toms River woman who was struck by a vehicle while trying to cross a highway was ticketed early Saturday since she did not use the crosswalk, the Asbury Park Press reported. Crystal Scholz, 37, sustained a laceration and swelling to her head. The driver will not be charged.
