NY’s 22 National Parks Had $446M Impact
A new federal government report released Monday said New York state’s 22 national parks drew more than 12.6 million visitors who spent $446.4 million in 2012, supporting 4,885 jobs. Overall, the nation’s more than 400 parks generated more than $26.7 billion while supporting 243,000 jobs.
