Republican Rob Astorino, 46, says he’ll announce Wednesday in a “video news release” whether he’s challenging Andrew Cuomo for governor of New York, The Associated Press reported. The Westchester County executive faces challenges in name recognition and fundraising. But he predicts he can win enough voters upstate and in the suburbs to overcome the Democratic vote in New York City.
