Lost Dog Found After Roaming Rural NY for Years

A small dog that spent two years roaming a rural area in western New York after running away from its caretaker has been returned to its owner, The Daily News of Batavia reported. The dog was spotted in local farm fields and yards, but attempts to corral the elusive pooch ended in failure until last weekend, when a woman used a snowmobile and a blanket to catch her.
