Trenton Mayor Still in Office but Loses Driver

TRENTON, N.J.

The mayor of New Jersey’s capital remains in office four days after being convicted of corruption charges, but he’s lost his police driver, The Times of Trenton reported. The detective who had been assigned to drive and guard Tony Mack was moved Tuesday to a different job. The state filed a motion to have Mack removed from office and stripped of a pension.
