Part of Midwood’s East 15th to Become One-Way Street

BROOKLYN

East 15th St. between Locust St. and Ave. L will become a one-way in the spring from its current two-way traffic status, Assemblyman Dov Hikind announced Tuesday following talks with the Department of Transportation. The Brooklyn Democrat said that his office received complaints about congestion from local business owners, parents and Yeshiva Ohr Yitzchok and HASC, which are located near the street.
