Man Stabbed, Lightly Wounded, Near Damascus Gate
A chareidi man was stabbed and lightly wounded near Damascus Gate in the Old City of Yerushalayim on Sunday afternoon, according to media reports.
The 24-year-old victim was given first aid on the scene by Dvir Adani, a United Hatzalah medic, and then taken to Shaare Zedek Medical Center.
Witnesses told Adani that they saw “a man of Arab appearance pounce on the man and stab him before running away.”
Police said it appeared to be a terrorist attack and were investigating.
