TRENTON, N.J. -

will not pay Seaside Heights, N.J. for reimbursing an Army Navy store $185,000 after firefighters stole goods in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy since some of the items were not for emergency use, the Star-Ledger of Newark reported.
