Fire at Upstate Farm Kills Dozens of Livestock

A fire in an eastern New York barn killed dozens of livestock at a farm 25 miles north of Albany, The Associated Press reported. The blaze, which was reported around 2 a.m. Monday, killed more than 40 calves. The fire began with an electric heat lamp.
