Ex-Port Exec to Pay Own Bills in Bridge Flap
The Port Authority said Friday it won’t pay the legal bills of former executive David Wildstein, who is accused of restricting access to the George Washington Bridge as political payback, and is reviewing a request from ex-deputy director Bill Baroni, The Associated Press reported. Agency bylaws call for employees’ legal bills to be covered for job-related activities, but not if there’s fraud.
