Gov. Andrew Cuomo has a stunning $33.3 million in campaign cash as he heads into the election year, his campaign committee announced Wednesday. The Democratic governor raised $7 million since the last report in July and spent $1.5 million. The hefty war chest underscores Cuomo’s strong position to run a statewide campaign for a second term.
