Twins Arrested for Trying to Bribe Cops
Twin brothers from Brooklyn who tried to bribe their way out of a traffic infraction were both arrested and charged with bribery Sunday, CBS News reported. Jael Sanchez was stopped just after midnight for not signaling a turn in East Flatbush. When cops found 20 gift cards with a value of $24,000, plus a dozen forged credit cards, he offered them $10,000 in gift cards for his release. He called his twin brother Jan, who showed up with an additional $4,000 in cash. Both are 20 years old.
