Too Cold in ‘Snowtown’ for Its Winter Events

You know it’s too cold outside when a place that bills itself as Snowtown USA cancels some of its winter festival events. The organizers of this week’s Snowtown festival in Watertown in northern New York cancelled some of the outdoor activities as temperatures plunged below zero, The Associated Press reported. Other outdoor activities were moved indoors.
