Some Packages Damaged in Fire at NJ Postal Center

JERSEY CITY, N.J. (AP) —

When a fire began in a mail processing machine at a U.S. Postal Service facility in Trenton, N.J., early Thursday, employees were evacuated but some packages were damaged. Workers allowed back into the building about an hour later found that approximately three dozen packages sustained damage, but most are still deliverable.
