AC Man Faces Numerous Charges After Police Chase
An accused hit-and-run driver faces numerous charges after he allegedly crashed into several vehicles, including two police cruisers, during a lengthy pursuit through Atlantic City. The chase started around 4 a.m. Saturday when an officer witnessed an accident involving a pickup truck driven by Nepthali Ramirez, 27. Ramirez drove off, crashing into a police cruiser and two parked cars and injuring an officer. After colliding head on with another cop car, he tried to flee on foot but was soon captured.
