Residents Asked to Place New Countdown Signals

BROOKLYN

Boro Park and Flatbush residents will decide where the next round of countdown clocks, traffic signals that show how many seconds until lights turn red, will go, Councilman David Greenfield said Tuesday. His participatory budget voted for more of the clocks, and now he wants voters to suggest locations.
