A toddler was accidentally struck and killed by a car driven
by her mother. Jaelise Rodriguez, 2, was in the driveway at the home of her paternal grandparents Saturday when her mother went there to pick her up. She did not notice the child in the driveway. No charges have been filed, though the investigation is ongoing.
