Shoreline Search Resumes for Lost Drone

FORT DRUM, N.Y. (AP) —

A search for a multimillion-dollar military drone that crashed during a training flight this week resumed on Lake Ontario’s eastern shore on Thursday.

The drone took off from Fort Drum in northern New York and crashed into the lake Tuesday about 12 miles from the eastern shore. The base has asked the U.S. Air Force for help in finding the drone. The company that makes the Reaper says the cost of a new drone starts at $10 million.
