Thanking Misaskim

At Misaskim headquarters in Boro Park on Wednesday night, the NYPD expressed appreciation to Misaskim and that organization's 16 volunteers who had, upon the NYPD's request, cleaned up the gruesome crime scene at which five members of an Asian family were killed on Motzoei Shabbos, October 27.  At the event — attended by police chiefs, detectives, inspectors, community representatives and Jewish and Asian media — the  Police Department presented plaques of appreciation to each of the volunteers and to Misaskim head Yanky Meyer.
