LAKEWOOD, N.J. (AP) —

A Lakewood police officer and a citizen saved the life of a four-year-old boy who stopped breathing Tuesday afternoon.

Officer Sean Doyle was in a parking lot when the child’s father drove in. The child had no pulse and his lips were turning blue.
