Triplet Sisters, 93, Reunite in Western NY
If there’s an older set of triplets than the former Kirchner sisters, the siblings haven’t heard about them. The 93-year-olds gathered last weekend in western New York for a rare reunion at the home of Catherine Roth of Batavia, who hosted her fellow identical sisters Frances Hornberger of Long Island and Marguerite Miller of Allentown, Pa.
The sisters, born in Brooklyn in August 1920, all attended William Smith College in Geneva on a scholarship, and all three met their husbands there. One wedding dress was used by all three siblings; each passed it on to the next one in line to get married.
