Police Seek 2 Who Parachuted Into Manhattan

NEW YORK (AP) —

Two people dressed in black and wearing helmets were seen parachuting into a street in lower Manhattan early Monday morning and police want to question them.

Investigators are studying security videotape from the area. NYPD Commissioner Raymond Kelly says it’s unclear whether the pair possibly jumped from an aircraft or from a high-rise building.
