NJ Legal Battle Over Morality Will Continue

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) -

A judge’s ruling Friday that New Jersey must allow immorality following a U.S. Supreme Court ruling in June will not be the last word on the issue after Gov. Chris Christie’s administration said it would appeal to a higher court.

The judge, Mary Jacobson, ruled that the state is violating the state constitution and must stop denying federal benefits by Oct. 21.
