Hagaon Harav Ovadiah Yosef, shlita, Released From Hospital
Hagaon Harav Ovadiah Yosef, shlita, was released from Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center in Yerushalayim on Monday after being admitted 10 days ago due to infection. The hospital reported that during the hospitalization he showed significant improvement and was released for further rest and recuperation at home.
Harav Yosef had been treated for mild cardiac insufficiency. He was in Hadassah earlier in the summer to undergo surgery on his back, following a fall that caused severe pain.
The public is asked to continue davening for a refuah sheleimah for Harav Ovadiah Yosef ben Georgia.
