BROOKLYN

COJO of Flatbush is celebrating its first year anniversary in their new location Sunday, with a gala starting 11:30 a.m. at 1523 Avenue M (corner of E. 16th Street). The event runs until 3:30 p.m.

“It will be a great day! We want our entire community to join us for this unforgettable occasion!” says Rabbi Yechezkel Pikus, COJO’s executive director.

The entire community is invited to join the human services agency for a lively afternoon of celebration, featuring a live music with Mordechai ben David, Benny Friedman, and Shea Rubenstein and band. Joining them will be clowns courtesy of Astoria Savings, Uncle Moishy, and presentations by legislative and communal leaders. Free for children will be rides, cotton candy, face painting and popcorn.
