Missionary Alert
A mass mailing in Jewish neighborhoods in Brooklyn by the Israel Restoration Ministries makes no effort to hide its missionary intent, but a DVD distributed in both English and Russian, along with a pamphlet called “Frequently Asked Question By The Jewish People,” may be misleading.
Three readers told Hamodia about this mailer, one living in Midwood and two in Boro Park. One reader sent a picture of a dozen packets piled up against a door on his block in what appears to be a well-funded effort targeted at Orthodox Jews.
Readers are advised to dispose of it without opening it or allowing access to it by children.
