NJ Makes Toll Cheat Program Permanent

WOODBRIDGE, N.J. (AP) —

Officials have made permanent an experimental program that targets toll cheats on the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway. Until now, any driver who owed $1,000 or more in unpaid tolls will have his registration suspended. The agency lowered the threshold to “any significant sum.”
