Judge OKs Yanking Ice Cream Truck’s Permit

GLOVERSVILLE, N.Y. (AP) -

A judge has ruled an upstate New York city was justified putting the brakes on an ice cream truck operator accused of stalking and harassing rival Mr. Ding-A-Ling.

Sno Kone Joe owners Joshua Malatino and Amanda Scott were arrested on harassment and other charges last month after a Mr. Ding-A-Ling driver told police they followed his truck, playing music at high volume, trying to lure away customers with promises of free ice cream and yelling at one point, “This is my town!”
