Battery Park Getting Sea-Themed Merry-Go-Round
Battery Park is getting a new attraction: a $12-million merry-go-round that features 30 sea creatures.
The fiberglass dolphins, angelfish and other sea life will be called The SeaGlass. It is slated to open in October where the original New York Aquarium stood from 1896 to 1941.
