Plane Struck By Lightning, No Injuries
Lightning struck an Israir plane shortly after takeoff from Ben Gurion Airport on a flight bound for Eilat.
No one was hurt of the crew and72 passengers, according to The Marker.
After returning to the airport and conducting a thorough inspection of the aircraft for any damage to its systems, it was cleared for takeoff two hours later. Lightning didn’t strike twice, and it arrived safely in Eilat.
