Ben Gurion Airport has been rated the 8th best airport in the world by Travel + Leisure magazine readers, in results of a survey published Wednesday.
The New York-based travel magazine asked readers to rate their experiences at airports in terms of access, check-in and security, food, shopping and design.

Doha’s Hamad International Airport was the runner-up this year, and Dubai International Airport took 3rd place. Only two European airports, Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport and Zurich, made the top ten.
